The Diebolt-Vallois Champagne "Blanc de Blancs Prestige" is made entirely from vines in the village of Cramant.
Appellation: Champagne
Varieties used: 100% Chardonnay, Blanc de Blancs
Terroir: Cramant (village classed 100% Grand Cru), mainly in the fields known as Les Pimonts. The soil consists of a thin layer of earth over a chalk base. In general the exposure is towards the East-South-East.

Dosage: 6-8 g/l
Serving temperature: 9°C in summer, 10-11°C in winter
