Knockout nose combines spiced apple, minerals, licorice and chalk. Urgent and penetrating on the palate, with crystalline citrus and mineral flavors further intensified by razor-sharp lemony acidity. A very young blanc de blancs with exceptionnal inner-mouth energy. Powerfully lemony, very long finish shows superb perfume and cut.

Intense chamomile and orange peel scents build tension with the chalky, brisk acidity in this patent young wine. The texture feels plush while the freshness keeps it light. This wine will continue to develop sophistication, through it's a pleasure to drink now with an oyster pan roast.

Floral, chalky, citrus, fresh nose. Mouth is sweet, creamy, deep, spicy, refined and elegant.

In Vino Veritas - december 2000 :
Floral fragrances allied with fresh almonds and a very light touch of toast go to make up the nose. The palate ventures towards citrus fruit, dominated by very ripe lemon. We must emphasize the maturity on the mouth, which is supple and fine with particularly well integrated dosage.

Very fresh nose with hints of may blossom, apple and white peach. The mouth is gentle and appetising, filled with freshness and fruit fading gracefully at the finish. A brisk champagne, as springlike as a flower filled orchard.
