Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar : 91 /100
Pungent yet refined nose combines spring flowers, caraway seed, minerals,
citrus skin and apple. Brisk and pure but creamy, with incisive apple
and citrus flavors and great finesse. Very light on its feet and perfumed
in the mouth. Finishes floral, gripping and very long.
Wines & Spirits - december 2006 : 88 /100
Scents of pear meld with a waxy, white root vegetable tone in this
substantial blanc de blancs. Serve with buttery seared scallops.
Jacques Dupont - Le Point - december 2002 : 18 /20
Mouth dense and elegant, very long, rich and creamy with an astonishing
finesse for a simple brut.
